Delivery and shipping conditions

In Germany the shipping costs via DPD are 3.95 EUR. From an order value of 49 EUR we deliver with DPD to end customers throughout Germany free of shipping costs. Please note that we cannot send parcels to packing stations with DPD.

The costs for shipping via DHL are EUR 4.95. From an order value of 49 EUR, the shipping costs with DHL are 2.95 EUR.

Island surcharge in Germany

Our shipping service provider DPD charges a surcharge for delivery to German islands. The amount of the surcharge is 13 EUR. This applies to the North Frisian Islands, East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Hiddensee, Chiemsee and Neuwerk.

There is no island surcharge for shipping via DHL. You can change the shipping method at any time when completing your order.

Refrigerated shipping

Heat-sensitive items are marked accordingly in our store and require refrigerated shipping at high outside temperatures, especially in summer.

Refrigerated shipping within Germany only takes place from Monday to Thursday. To avoid possible heat damage on delivery routes at the weekend, no heat-sensitive items are shipped on Fridays. The cost of refrigerated shipping is EUR 2.10 (incl. VAT).
